Cancellation Policy

Every Selva Vida appointment is reserved especially for you. As a small, private studio welcoming one guest at a time, late cancellations leave a significant amount of time that can be difficult to offer to another guest.

We completely understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to move or cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.

More than 48 hours before your appointment

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation charge. Any payment made will be refunded or, if you prefer, transferred to your new appointment.

Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment

A cancellation charge of 50% of the booked experience will apply.

If you paid 50% when booking, this payment will be retained as the cancellation charge. If you paid in full, the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to attend

The full price of the booked experience will be payable.

If you paid 50% when booking, the remaining balance will therefore become due. If you paid in full, no refund will be provided.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so that your appointment still finishes at its scheduled time. The full price of the booked experience will remain payable.

Exceptional circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually at Selva Vida's discretion.

If Selva Vida needs to cancel

If we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer to reschedule your experience or refund any payment relating to the cancelled appointment, as appropriate.
